3 weeks of trophy grinding, bashing my head in as I kept failing each run each day over and over again, 1 and a half months since I decided to go deep into maining Earth and over a year since I decided to dedicate more time into Granblue, has led to this............ it's over, finally over.....
I personally thought the hardest part of this fight was the Wing route itself, since I had to take care of two targets on the screen, and the Labors themselves. That ate up most of my time in my initial runs because I would be lost as to what I should do.
Body 100 - 25% was relatively straightforward - just keep yourself alive all the way through since you're not going to be punching into any special triggers aside from diamond fills. 25% onwards is where it will start to get a bit tricky....
Body 25% - 10% is where players won't be able to use any summons for the rest of the fight and I think he ramps up his damage, there's also the turn skip field to play around. I use Smoke Bomb for every special, and dispel his stacks to avoid taking too much damage. You want to have his stacks dispelled whenever you can.
10% - 0% is where the difficulty starts to ramp up. You want to have blue pots and Twill Coats going into this because his autos will hurt a lot. For specials, Smoke Bomb as usual; for autos, you want to Twill Coat and if possible, dispel his stacks. Even one stack can potentially wipe your team if he multiattacks. You also want to control your damage going into 3% just to get Naru's S3 back up.
Lineup used:
- Mahira: My primary source of blue pots in this fight, too important to not have. Pretty much used in every Earth solo since her FLB so far. Zodiac buff, Drum Beat mechanic, carries 3 debuffs on hand - why wouldn't I slot her in? She was my spark target on anniversary, but I lucksacked her on the scam pull so I went for sheep instead.
- Baal: Stackable debuffs, defense and hostility up, carries a dispel and Tuning debuff as well to help clear Labor 10, Resonance proved to be very useful to have throughout the fight once at max stacks because of the buffs it gives on chain burst activation.
- Summer Alex: The tank for the Wings portion of the fight, helps with tanking Paradise Lost, carries Gravity and Accuracy Down which are useful to have and contributes to Labor 10 (+ water ATK down). No-brainer slot when playing without Lobelia and Grandalphon.
- Narmaya: My main source of damage and off-tank after Wings, helps a lot in powering through the Body after Wings are down. S3 can be used to tank every special Luci throws at you, I usually want her out as soon as possible to rake in Eight Ways stacks and dish out higher DPT after Alex goes down. After 25% I use her S3 early in to eat a special, after that I want to save her S3 for 10% and 3% Paradise Lost triggers.
- Caim: Backline passive, nothing else.
My best achievement on this game so far, it all paid off in the end. I will now like to take a little break from the game because the ending had my heart rate skyrocketing and my hands were shaking really badly LOL
