Without Shion's damage, Vaseraga's autonuke is probably necessary. This one is very tight; MC has all the ougi damage/elemental attack nodes, Vaseraga and Siegfried both have skillcap rings, Mimlemel has an ougi cap ring, and I stoned Michael for this. If you don't care to make the FA part work, Chrysaor does quite a bit more damage than Chaos Ruler, but you'd have to press Mimlemel 1 manually.
Mainhand 5* Xeno Katana does way more damage and can compensate for missing something like 3* Michael, but it's unreliable with Freyr key's dodge to the extent that I don't think I'd recommend it. Vaseraga randomly multiattacking doesn't make up enough damage to cover missing a 1m+ nuke.
0:39 - 0 skill 3 chain strike time, Shiva support
See above for notes. Even Lyria can be jury-rigged into doing enough damage here in case of emergency.
1:17 - 1 skill FA 4 chain, Shiva support
Esser getting some more ougi cap at 110 means she's not a liability to have on the front anymore. If you were going to be 4-chaining anyway and have multiple characters to level during meat farm, this frees up an extra slot. There's plenty of leeway with 4 chain; it's still overkilling with the wrong opus.
1:53 - 1 skill + quick summon auto, Shiva support
Magna can do it, but it's probably not useful if your ping isn't high enough to back refresh Sun call. Kumbhira having an autonuke definitely makes it easier; without her interaction with Fire of Prometheus's burn damage, you'd probably want to run Shiva with magna opus and auto key.
