Bit belated; it's almost summer again. Then again, that just means that Nezha's going back in the gacha pool soon, right? I don't think you should roll for him, but he's fun to have around.
He really does do a lot of damage. Most of it is from ougi, predictably, but nuke damage is significant too since his ougi feeds back into cutting cooldown on those in addition to autonuking on non-ougi turns. Maybe it's unfair since this is a setup in which he has plenty of meter, but at the same time permanent ougi reactivation is way better scaling than guaranteed TA so that's more efficient to lean into.
Since he only really has two buttons and neither of them have all that much to them since you press them as they light up and call it a day, the big concern is teambuilding. I'd remarked in the past that his damage and being primal would work out for skipping Gopherwood, and having a better grid now that Settes are around means that Alanaan can be skipped for a fifth primal slot, with Nezha's damage more than making up for losing Michael's double reactivate + ignition during the Qilin burst. The burst itself was more than enough, although MC having an extra 6m nuke damage to contribute with Blink Slash on the second turn where the team's short on meter was kind of neat, too.
I think that Nezha having gravity as one of the random debuff procs is more annoying than not. Having that land at an inconvenient time in a raid where it works could be quite bad in a worst-case scenario.
One thing of note is that unlike his wind version, he burns himself insetead of healing himself. While his original release healed enough to be rather self-sufficient even in "hard" content, a 1k HP deficit per turn was very noticeable with the limited amount of healing in this setup.
