Today, in a completely unpredictable move, Cygames decided to considerably buff Lucio's nuke by raising the base cap to 1 million. This caused his nuke to become even more completely absurd when paired with his skill damage cap EMP (20%) and Ultima weapon (50%) as you can see from this video.
Why would they decide to buff him right before GW is a mystery, but I wonder if tomorrow we're going to get a rate up with him as a bait to lure people into whaling...
