You are able to reset the unit she blows away if you reset the game right b4 she sets the attack down. Getting either Sabo or Brook blown away guarantees victory (tested by myself). If Garp gets blown away, you can use the Polar Tang's special and keep one Luffy and one ace up and attack normally.
