I’m not sure if you’re aware, but I love reading and watching about how video games are made. Final Fantasy XIV, one of the games I play regularly, has a storied history when it comes to its early days leading up to its phoenix rising from the ashes moment of A Realm Reborn. But not many people talk about an event that occurred in Japan that affected not only the players of the game, but also the game’s development team. Join me as we unravel the events behind the scenes that happened at the development team’s offices during the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake.
