This FATE event is a special one, don't know the specifics but it only spawn once every third or so day and it's only up for 20 minutes before it despawns. Yesterday I finally got the chance to fight Odin for the first time.
All the Shroud areas will have a very dark sky with ash particles flying around when Odin have spawned. The word of his spawn spreads around the server incredibly fast and it won't take long until most high levels of the server are there searching/fighting Odin.
It's quite an intense battle and you really need an active healer (that isn't lagging) to keep everyone up or you will die pretty quick. Most of his attack are incredibly wide and if you have a slow debuff you will never make it out in time.
Just before Odin dies, he stats casting Zantetsuken, if Odin finishes this spell, he will kill everyone in a huge range around him and then leave. What most servers do now is have all parties fighting Odin save their Limit Break until that moment and then have everyone unleash it.
Quite an interesting and fun fight! I'm glad I had no real lag/low-FPS issues and could enjoy this fight.
