Dural Tharal, renowned reporter for the Mythril Eye, seeks the assistance of able adventurers in penning what promises to be a splendid story. Those who would answer the call will find the Lalafell at the Ruby Road Exchange.
During the quest this year you follow Dural Tharal around Ul'dah as he interviews and talks to survivors of the calamity, for his final interview he speaks to the Wandering Minstrel who sends the hero in a dream like state where they are greeted by Naoki Yoshida, and thanked. Once out of the dream the Wandering Minstrel sings a song of things yet to come.
