New sleipnir retrofit Sleipnir Abyss by Nix:
All enemy unit that has lower max HP than self has final damage reduced by 21%
Final damage reduction increase according to self's current HP%, cap at 35%, effect not stackable. In addition, increase attack by 1.2% for every 200 maxHP, and increase self Final damage value increase by 30%. Every 6s, during attack, reduce* target unit's max HP by 5%, while recover self HP by 20%. (Minumum reduction amount 300, when target max HP is less than 300, instant kill target).
(Nix: Reworded some phrase here, may not be accurate. They double mentioned the 35% final damage reduction, and use the word absorb in last part but wording implied it's not)
