TLDR, Wolong Thunder locks everything so might as well go a bit more in DPS to hopefully it kills an enemy first. HP build you won't die but you can't move in that meta. You can put your HP parts/pets/skills on Great Mazinkaiser, so it can be a meat shield for all the aggro while your Zero does DPS. And for that job, even 6 stars GMK with 2nd chassis may do.
For other Zero builds, gauge how much HP lost VS the effect you gain, if the effect is worth it in the current meta, then you can try.
