New retrofit Tian Quan kai2 chassis effect by Nix:
Receive final damage reduced by 35%. When receive damage, enter stealth for 1s while also use (not sure which) action (cooldown 5s).
During movement action, temporary increase mobility dodging projectile, while also recover some HP. 50% chance to avoid melee attack while also cause fork effect. Self final damage value increase by 35%, every 10 range hit will cause additional damage.
