This is a 1969 428 Cobra Jet Engine, newly rebuilt, on a crank stand, prepping for a camshaft break-in.
The engine shop is checking vital signs - oil pressure, temperature, vacuum, before starting this critical process. Of course they primed the oil pump, rotated the engine, performed compression checks and did a smoke check prior to this first crank.
