I won’t comment any further because Michael is the smartest guy in the room sort of guy. His topic is one I nibble around the edges of, but he fills out the entire picture of one of America’s greatest challenges – the ongoing information warfare.

I promise I won’t interrupt Michael too much, but just one brief word about Frank Wolf. Frank Wolf was my Congressman for 34 years in Northern Virginia. Most of you have never heard his name. He never sought out publicity. He was not a grandstander. He was the absolute model of how a Congressman should conduct the people’s business.
The first time he ran, I endorsed his opponent – a Democrat - in my newspaper. I soon realized my mistake. The next cycle – in 1980 - he ran again and I endorsed him. He won and even in a strongly Democrat district won again and again, serving in the House of Representatives for 34 years. He retired last year and is sorely missed. There was no more reliable and selfless servant in Congress.
