Neferata is... odd. No save, but super killy.. very glass cannon. Not sure about her points cost. I think the only one of the three who's worth his points is probably Manfred (which sucks, cuz Manfred is a twat)

Yeah, as the O&G player in this game, I did make a few screw ups. I'm used to running that character bus with a black orc on the side. So "size matters" wouldnt have affected. But honestly, i just threw the guy on wyvern in there because I had just put the model together. I still should have remembered that he was ITP>. I very specifically didnt take bolt throwers or catapults because Nefarata wouldn't have lasted 2 rounds against an O&G gun line. My proudest moment was that last shot. We had to turn to face so I didnt have volley fire. I did have extra poison but I did something like 8-10 wounds from 20 shots. It was fun. I can certainly say that those types of scenario engagements can be fun but you really have to wort at them hard to make sure you can both enjoy them.

I have a suggestion. While I really like your usual style for your average game or tournament battle reports, for these scenario type reports, I think it would be even better if you could treat it less of a game and more of a story. Rather than the player decisions in trying to win the game, I'd like to hear what is happening to the protagonists and the tide of war. Rather than "I rolled a 6", describe the in-game effect. I think it would get annoying for the average tournament report but for this sort of battle I think it's appropriate. Also with the linked battle reports, giving the intro as a segue story piece might also be cool. It's a thought anyway.
