LIME PICKLE
INGREDIENTS
1.Lime 20 nos
2.Salt to taste 2 tbsp
3.Chilli powder 2 – 3 tbsp
4.Fenugreek powder 1 tbsp
5.Asafoetida powder 1 tbsp
6.Green chilli 5 – 8
7.Boiled cooled water 2 cups
PREPARATION
1.Cut the lime in to small cubes, mix well with the salt, chilli, fenugreek
and asafetida powders.
2.Add chopped green chilli and enough boiled, cooled water.
3.Mix well, bottle airtight.
4.Stir daily twice with a dry spoon.
Serve only after 1 month at least.
