As someone who has played a lot of visual novels during her life, the genre gets a little stale after a while. You expect the same song and dance with every one you play, not really being surprised or invested in the title. However, when I played 428: Shibuya Scramble, I was thoroughly shocked by what I played. It is truly one of, if not the best, visual novel I have ever played.
