Hi YouTube. I'm hoping you can help me as well as all of other people who've been banned after their account details were stolen.

Activision are blatantly denying their cheating problem is as bad as it is by banning innocent players who've had their account details stolen.

I have been in a lengthy battle with activision for almost 7 days now trying to recover my account and I'm having no luck.

I have provided activision with tons of proof that someone gained unauthorised access to my account and they are refusing to acknowledge this fact.

I found out I'd been hacked like this: I last played during season 4.

On the 24 July i went to London for a concert (Bruce Springsteen if anyone is curious) I came home on the 26th of July and didn't go onto call of duty until the morning of Saturday July 27th after logging in I saw I was shadow banned.

I loaded up warzone and found a STG44 class which was max level with the prestige 2 camo on it. I checked my stats and Found I had a 7.3 KD in warzone ranked also. Basically as you can see a hacker used my account to run an unlock all tool and then gave themselves aimbot to blatantly cheat.

I then saw an email from Activision saying someone had linked a steam account to my activision account. I instantly filed a ticket with activision explaining the issue and they REPEATEDLY CLOSED MY TICKET STATING THEY DETECTED NO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY!!!

After having this message about 4 times I included in my ticket that I was going to contact the BBB and I was talking to a lawyer about taking on a civil case against them.

Suddenly they changed their tone and told me my case required further investigation before having my wait 5 days to conclude by telling me IM PERMANENTLY BANNED.

Furthermore during this time I had a reference number for my case but on the Activision support website it CLEARLY said I have NO OPEN cases.

During my attempts before threatening to involve the BBB I actually had an employee named John reach out to me, and he requestd a detailed timeline and a list of ALL the accounts listed with my activision account.

I replied with a very thoroughly detailed email and never heard a response beyond "your ticket has been closed as we found no suspicious activity on your account" not even 10 minutes after sending that detailed reply to John.

I am at a loss now and I'm out of options.

As I'm UK based I don't believe I can actually use the BBB and I'm limited on options now.

Please help me get attention on this so that not only I can recover my account but so can everyone else who'se been affected by this very issue.

I understand most ppl will take the piss but if you've had this happen to you please reply and share your stories so we can get as much attention on this as we can.
