So what your telling me is that you put a $5 version of Abaddon's ult on a hero that deals MASSIVE amounts of damage. I'm sorry but that is so abusable in so many ways.

First of all, Dazzle is absolutely insane with him, especially after 6, this would mean he has a survivability time of AT MAXIMUM 11 SECONDS that is ridiculous especially when he can dish out so much damage.
The drawbacks are pretty uninteresting and completely unneeded, why have a slow when he misses when he already mis-positions himself BY missing?
I really hope blink is affected when he takes damage ( I Presume so) even then, his range of escape and catch is absurdly high and most agility cores would crumble if he just catches them in his ult.

I can see this hero only using his ult when he is close to death so he can't die and in some cases, it's more insane than Abaddon ult because this hero actually hits pretty damn hard, unlike Abaddon who has a 2 defensive/utility spells.

This hero hopefully gets BIG ASS nerfs because this seems awfully abusable in ANY lane he goes too. I could even see this hero being a mid lane, his skill set could easily outclass a lot of low mobility mids out there. And when he hits six it's pretty much a free kill for him.

I would suggest making his ult just makes him gain like a 60 - 85% resistance to incoming damage and he has some sort of life steal/spell life steal so that his ult can't just be popped when he's about to die and you have to maintain a proper HP balance to play him. Not press R and jump out of your ult when you feel like it.

Just curious, what if pudge hook the teammate out of the arena? Are they still gonna hit the wall and not got out or vice versa?

I like everything except that he look like a recolor of axe with no new details and his name is kinda silly, were he called Khan in game with Jeremy being just in lore that would be cooler, imagine if Invoker was called Carl Invoker in game

  Anyways, he may have new details, but if he does, they are hard to see, and in general, this hero actually looks like he has potential to even be in the main game, which is why I criticise the things I don't like, the idea is too good to waste
