Sorry for taking so long, I fell asleep when the map dropped, and after I woke up we didn't have electricity (so no internet), that and the fact that this map is pretty whack.
But at least I found some solutions that I think are decent.

Note: Remember that they can be different units, as long as they are able to serve the same purpose.

-[Slot 1] 2-ranged Infantry/armored (no boots) unit:
-Weapon: Any
-B: Wings of Mercy
-[Slot 2] 2-ranged cavalry unit:
-Weapon: Any
-Assist: Swap
-B: Pass
(I used a 4★ Picnic Leo with Sandwiches! as a weapon)
Make sure that they survive an attack from Morgan so she doesn't target them.
-[Slot 5] Any melee unit:
-Weapon: Any
-B: Escape Route
(I used a 4★ Heath)
They have to get on Escape Route range from a battle with Morgan.
-[Slot 6] Any melee flying unit:
-Weapon: Any
-Assist: Pivot

-[Slot 1] A 2-ranged Infantry/Boots-Armored unit:
-Weapon: Any
-B: Escape Route
(I used a 4★ Oliver with A or SS: Res +1)
They have to get on Escape Route range from a battle with Morgan, Green or Bow units may cause issues since there's a chance they kill Morgan.
-[Slot 4] Brave Roy:
-Weapon: Blazing Durandal
-Assist: Draw Back
-Special: Galeforce
(He needs to double Fae, mine is -Speed, so I gave him Speed +3)
If you're going to use someone else, keep in mind that if you use a Green unit, thay may target Morgan, I didn't test it with a Blue unit, but I would reccomend using a Red one, if they don't kill Fae, you can use Lunge or Pass.
-[Slot 8] A melee Infantry/Flying/Boots-Armored unit:
-Weapon: Any
-B: Wings of Mercy
-The other units are the ones that you want to farm HM, they must be level 40 (to get max HM) and have nothing equipped (and I mean nothing, unless needed).
Make sure that none of the units have assists or Pass, unless needed for the solution to work, in that case, equip them on the units that I point out (Assists change movement order & Pass changes where they will move, even if they don't use it at all).
Also make sure none of your units kill an enemy on Turn 1, that will cause a new enemy to spawn on Turn 2.
Glosary:
WoM = Wings of Mercy
ER = Escape Route
HP = Health/Hith Points (I'm not sure which one is it kek)
SS = Sacred Seal
HM = Hero Merit (Each 500 you get 500 feathers, this is the reason these guides exist)
