New Mode Alert!! Always like making a first impression video and today we have a mode that finally, finally gets into more, actual FE based content. But ... That with that comes... Confusion. Watch me stumble around and try to make sense of this new mode.
Post play thoughts:
- S slots REALLY MATTER. As your Forma levels up they get progressive access to their skills (it is their skills! I thought it might just be auto populated).
- Bonus unit seems to be important for scoring. It seems like you want a balance of movement types to get COMBOS as well
- Point of greatest confusion: It seems there's no "currency" to play this limited time mode. Which goes against EVERY. OTHER. LIMITED. MODE. The 3x bonus merely helps your cumulative scoring tier. This acts like Arena and say Mjolnirs Strike.
- This mode doesn't necessarily cater to whales! I see no reason why you can't score high here.
- Galeforce and Firesweep seem pretty OP here. You don't want to lose HP. Fury? Not so much.
- Fallen Ike is a big meanie
- You can use friends units!! I didn't even think of this... this seems like what you should do...
Thoughts? This seems really fun. Just wish you could lock units. They're a LOT of prep you need to go through here.
