for once i am very happy i didnt invest into the brand new ghb sword (yen'fay)
the refine puts him in line with yen'fay but he is better in my opinion because of slaying
the first section actually works similar to B!Lucina's breath effect so rutger will be charging a special no matter what if he is faster
