Units (all neutral IV)

4* Aversa
4* Michalis w/ Spd+3 seal (there are other ways to get that +3 Spd, see below)
4* Subaki (he provides positional support with Swap)
5* Eir w/ Quick Riposte 3 seal (Quick Riposte 1 would suffice)

If you only have Spd+1 seal (from tutorial quest) and not Spd+3, you can consider giving drive/spur Spd 1 seal to Aversa/Eir to make up for the other 2 points in Spd.
Alternatively, inheriting a Rally Spd on Aversa or Eir is another option.
Getting A rank ally support between Michalis & Aversa, or Michalis & Eir should also work.

Turn Summary
============================
Turn 1 & 2: Michalis moves to bait out the Cavalry Archer at a spot where the Blue Infantry Mage cannot reach. The Spd boost allows him to escape taking a follow-up attack.

Turn 3: Everyone is moved outside the Cavalry Archer's range. Eir is going to bait out the Blue Infantry Mage and take them out with the help of Quick Riposte.

Turn 4: The Green Axe Infantry is a bit ahead of Lloyd and the Green Axe Flier, and can be safely picked off. Subaki uses Swap to allow Eir to move an extra tile to the left to take out the enemy.

In case if you replaced Michalis with another unit that can tank the Cavalry Archer in turn 1, you may not have access to Threaten Def, and the enemy will survive with a little bit of HP. You can move Aversa to finish the job in that case.

Turn 5: Eir and Michalis take out Lloyd. The Lunge skill on the Green Axe Flier is worth noting, but with the way Michalis is positioned, he will not be put inot the cavalry Archer's range after the battle.

Turn 6 onwards: The remaining enemies cannot fly, and the river can be used to separate out the last two units to be picked off one at a time.
