My take on the GHB Elite flier quest for Xander. These units are more common but they require a little skill inheritance.
My Palla is -def so she needs Caedas flier buff to tank the sword fighter at the right. She can teleport to safety afterwards with Escape Route 2. Depending on your IV's she might need Escape Route 3. Mine also needed to have more than 29 spd to not get doubled by the sword fighter. I put Cordelia with Goad Fliers in her range, but you could also give her a speed seal.
Cordelia and Cherche both have Hit and Run but Drag Back works as well.
