It's hard to keep track everything with everyone flying, so I made a more conventional strategy for you guys to use. Setsuna will demonstrate for us!
I bring Azura and 2 Olivias(all with wings of mercy, level 1 is sufficient) for this battle, however you can bring 3 Olivias instead since they do not enter combat except for one battle which both Olivia and Azura can tank.
The important thing is to bring a low level Olivia for the purpose of controlling AI movements. You need her to stand at that exact spot shown in the video on the first turn to get the armor to pivot to the left.
After that, her positioning no longer matters and she is interchangeable with the other two dancers.
If the armor does not move as expected, you may need to try with a Level 1 Olivia instead. Life and death may make your archer a more attractive target if they have particularly low defense. So you might even have to equip Olivia with Life and Death 1 as well. As we can see in the video, when no Life and deaths are involved, the armor clearly favors Olivia even when she's at level 7 instead of level 1.
Now for the important part. What brave bow archers can use this strategy?
For this video, Setsuna is outfitted with death blow 3, quick riposte 1, savage blow 3, and Attack +1 Seal. Whether you use Death Blow or a Stat skill like life and death changes the parameters.
If you opt to use death blow, then you need an Archer that can reach 49 attack after buffs and death blow(Setsuna's exact stat for this battle. convenient huh) to do this strategy as that is the minimum necessary to kill the archer at the start. However if you choose to use Life and Death, you only need to reach 47 attack I believe.
Quick Riposte is used exclusively for the purpose of killing this Archer. Savage Blow helped to chip the archer and the armor down. If you don't have Savage blow 3, you may will need even more attack stat.
And you need 32 speed to be able to quad the Firesweep Horse and Brave Axe Horse, the two important quads in this battle.
So your Brave Bow Archer needs 49 attack and 32 speed after buffs and skills if you use death blow 3, or 47 attack and 32 speed if you use Life and Death. Life and death will be better for slower archers, setsuna and bride cordelia can take advantage of death blow due to their fast speed.
All my dancers are equipped with hone attack, but you can substitute in a Hone speed if necessary. You will probably need it to kill those two horses you need to quad if youre using a slower archer.
