However I have further refined and improved the strategy so that Azura is not required for the battle and the match is completed even faster than before, this time with all the damage coming from the Setsuna.
For this battle you need a Brave Bow Archer that reaches 46 attack and 32 speed after skills and buffs. It's best to have your archer reach at least one those stats without buff since she will only receive one buff when its needed.
Desperation was needed to quad the archer. I needed to Setsuna to tank the blue mage so that I could trigger the legion reinforcement at the bottom to come earlier as well as give Olivia a way to use Wings of Mercy without messing up everyone else's positioning.
Speed + 1 seal was not actually needed for this battle. Neither was HP+ 3.
Olivia needs a fortify resistance buff or red tomebreaker to survive the red mage at the start of the battle.
