Hello and welcome to my 4* No Skill Inheritance guide for Squad Assault 2nd Assault. This is not a F2P guide as I am using summoned heroes for my purposes.
However you should in theory have much stronger characters than these in your own barracks so this guide is F2P friendly, and I will tell you suitable substitues for these characters as we go. But first here are all the units I used for each map.

Map 1 Michalis, Klein(+Atk), Nowi, Lukas(+Def)
Map 2 Donnel(+Atk), Olivia, Serra, Henry(+Def)
Map 3 Sakura, Alfonse, Odin(+Atk), F.Corrin
Map 4 Ursula, Narcian, Roy, Lilina
Map 5 Palla(3*), Lissa, Arthur(3*), Cordelia
I noted certain characters boons because they had an impact on the matchup. The purpose of this 4* No SI guide is to give you a base strategy for each map so that you can then use your own characters that you have so you don't necessarily need these specific characters.
Suitable Replacements
Map 1
Klein- 5* Brave archer, 4* +atk Gordin or neutral Klein if Lukas has spur/hone attack, 5* Reinhardt, 5* Nino with Luna(4 charge with blade) and similar mages(almost all mages require lancebreaker)
Nowi- anyone with spur defense and rally defense
Lukas- Oboro and Ephraim or similar high defense blue(with rally defense and spur defense support(Klein role can also have spur defense), Give them def+ 3 skill from stahl.
Michalis- Hard to replace.
Map 2
Donnel- Neutral Donnel with Atk+ 2 from cherche or gordin, or any strong brave user with drag back.
Olivia- Dancer with hone attack
Henry- Raven mage with triangle adept(henry doesn't need triangle)
Serra- Healer with mend and imbue(or has recover) (spur defense can help you not need triangle adept on your raven mage)
Map 3
Sakura- Healer with mend and imbue(or has recover)
Alfonse- Red sword with better speed and spur attack 3.
Odin- Neutral Odin if Alfonse role has spur attack 3 instead of 2. Blue mages with decent resistance and red tomebreaker and moonbow. (You should use Odin though! Its his time to shine!)
F.Corrin- Anyone with hone attack 3, preferably not a blue ranged unit with low defense
Map 4
Roy- red unit with triangle adept and shove
Lilina- red mage with good attack(maybe needs low defense?)
Ursula- blue mage with strong special and red tomebreaker(give your red mage shove)
Narcian- green flier with emerald axe and lancebreaker. Maybe Cherche with brave axe and minerva
Map 5
Palla- any red unit with decent defense and no weapon.
Lissa- healer with rehabilitate
Cordelia- high attack brave lance user or high resistance blue flier like clair or florina
Arthur- anyone with swap
