You're not alone. Same happened to me when summoning on the Lucina banner a while ago. Ironically I did get a Lucina but not the one I wanted. It was a Male Lucina (Marth). I literally got four 4 Star Marths and one 5 Star Marth. It was really depressing because Lucina was the only character I wanted in the game. I paid over 100$ for her and still no Lucina but I managed to get Ryoma without a summoning banner. Just my stupid random luck.

i got all the way to 4.25%, didn't quite get robin but I did get a atk+, -Res Lukas, so I'm happy about it, he's a beast.

  Congrats! I been pulling for her for a while. I was lucky enough to get Summer Robin at the very beginning with the 3rd orb, but Summer Tiki refuses to be summoned... I actually lost around 4.5% to a 5* Boey, but I guess that helps with the Tempest Trials now. Also lost a good % that I can't remember exactly to a crappy red 5* Cain, there were no greens or blues in it and gray wasn't worth (I actually need more reds for fodder, but not for this banner). Needless to say, Alfonse appreciated the Brave Sword+. I just need to collect every orb I can from the chain battles and try again then..... Or pay with what little I have...

So far, I only have Summer Robin and 2 Summer Caius (The game could have at least given me Frederick instead of a second damn Caius) I don't even wanna talk about everything I've been getting instead of Summer Tiki. Everytime I get to 4 or 5% the RNG goddess screws me with a 5 star I have long stopped looking for or one I already have
