This Quest is very hard to min turn. You need servant with lv 120 NP 5. And you still need RNG to kill the enemy. So i choose this way, which is more reachable for many people.
vs Koyan
You can solo using Enkidu, or Tamamo Caster.
If you using Barghest, you need to always priority to do NP.
And before Koyan use her NP, your need Barghest max HP is above 20k.
If you have less than that, better use mc skill shield or pray koyan didn't kill you.

Vs Aphrodite
You need "Ox Demon King" CE on Koyan.
For alternative team, if you didn't care about CS.
You can replace Nero Bride with Martha Santa.
And use Martha NP everyturn ( maybe ? ).
if you didn't have the servant. The other option is to grail nobu or give gold fou. Or using turtle team Himiko, Castoria, Merlin.

i think there is no min turn version for this quest.
