The first hidden boss character encountered in the singles division of World Championship
mode. To face Ken Budoh (Keiji Mutoh) the player would have to play through World
Championship mode twice (regular and hard mode).
After all 24 opponents have been defeated, Keiji Mutoh will then appear as the first hidden
boss character.
This would mark Keiji Mutoh's Fire Pro Wrestling debut; rounding out NJPW's "Toukon Sanjuushi"
(Three Musketeers) faction of Shinya Hashimoto, Masahiro Chono and Keiji Mutoh.
