As this is a Japanese wrestling game, and not a standard licensed game based around an American promotion, wrestlers from all different promotions of Japan. Just with different names to avoid copyright, but they can be easily edited. If even features some big-name American stars like Hulk Hogan, and astonishingly, The Undertaker. How they managed to get The Undertaker in there, I'll never know.
Believe it or not, it was one of the first games to have a create-a-wrestler function. Enough space to make a whopping EIGHTY wrestlers! That's on top of the 100+ wrestlers you can get in the game itself. What's more, you can progress through the man story mode, to get attribute points to make them stronger in a more natural process. Did I mention this game came out in 1996? The first Nintendo 64 game to have a fully-fledged 'CAW' mode was WrestleMania 2000.
