Last month, we explored the importance of trusting and following that new thing that captures your attention. Then, I shared my new thing: Intuitive Dance, which opened a new world.
This August, I will continue sharing what I’m learning and highlighting the importance of the famous meme “Dance Your Heart Out!”
All it takes is music and your willingness to release all you know about dance and how we’ve known it (to celebrate, perform, exercise, follow music rhythms), sit in your body, and let your energy move you.

This month’s social media narrative (Instagram link) will continue to share the highlights of what I’m learning through Flight School’s Guide, Aliza Rivka, my bridge to impactful pioneers of the resurgence of dance as a healing modality. A common thread amongst these Mothers of energetic movement is that their teachings, methodically researched, studied, written and experienced, all connect to the purpose of humanity’s healing and evolution: 5 Rhythm’s Gabrielle Roth, Continuum’s Emily Conrad, are amongst the few I will be referring to this month.
If there’s any part of you that says, ‘How do we dance with so much suffering? ' This is for you: we dance because we are designed to dance to bring healing to ourselves, our community, and the world around us. I invite you to keep learning by my side.
