Dear Athletes of Life,
Music is the backdrop to my world; it makes me feel like I’m the star in my own movie. And just like in a film, the soundtrack sets the tone for our journey, guiding our emotions and actions.
As we navigate through each chapter of our lives, finding new sounds that resonate with us can refresh our energy, inspire our movements, and uncover deep treasures within our hearts. This month, I invite you to explore the playlists I’ve been creating at Aliza Rivka’s Flight School. As an intuitive dance facilitator in the making, I’m learning that crafting a "Hero’s Journey" through music is the foundation of a transformative dance experience.
