Overwatch in 2020 Dead Game or Huge Year?

What can we expect from Overwatch in 2020? Are we sitting in a giant Overwatch 2 waiting room, or will Blizzard give us major updates to the game to keep us playing? One things for sure, 2020 will be a huge year for Overwatch. Will we get the Overwatch 2 beta this year?

  Nothing in particular but. I think for some content you always put some gameplay in the background but maybe you should do some challenges and stuff eg. like trying to win a death match as briggete or something like that. You don't have to it's just a suggestion

I'd appreciate you covering OWL more heavily. I can't catch all the games and it's hard to stay up to date on the players and meta and standings. Having an ESPN like weekly update on the OWL would be super helpful!

Sty, what's been happening to your content? It's like you've become overwatch central. I hate that channel and how they literally make crap for videos and it's not even entertaining.

Just live stream or give us clips of cool stuff in workshop games like last week.

idk, the game is starting to get really toxic, at least on south america servers. I just uninstalled it because it isn't fun anymore to play, every game I would end up reporting someone for abusive chat or someone would lost connection... I really used to love this game with all my heart, it helped distract myself through tough times, but it's just not working anymore. I play as healer and tank, mostly healer, and it seems as I'm not effective on games even though I'm doing my best. idk, it could be just a me proplem.

I still play OW almost everyday. I still try to grind competitive and find ways to keep the game fun. And OW is still my favorite FPS. But if I’m honest i have really been seeing that things aren’t really getting that much better. 2-2-2, role que and workshop were amazing additions to the game. But came 3 years into the games life when I feel a lot of the player base had already left. And the re used events and lack of replayable content really hurt the game. I really just wish Blizzard would be transparent about the game. I get that you can’t just dump all your plans out and hope that the hype of it will keep players interested until said content arrives. But could it hurt? I feel like the player base would be more patient and understand if we new what the actual plan was. I just don’t want this game to be looked back on as something that could have been great. This game has had so much potential for the entirety of its life span and the player base knows that. And just wants to see it actually reach that potential.

I love Overwatch but it’s hard to play now. I’m a tank player and it drives me crazy that the DPS won’t change there characters ever. Tank and healers try to counter for them but if your DPS won’t go hit-scan to stop a Pharah or help kill the ball there is little fun to be had

After wasting 3 years of my life, i dont want to hear a sentence with "overwatch" and "competitive" in it. The game is balanced like ass, heroes are just memes with abilities that "do stuffs", ultimates are "press q to win". I still think the best meta was dive meta where you actually needed to use something called "skill and teamwork" in s4. After that, with the mercy buff, the whole game just started going apart. Im sorry, but playing this game has become a pain for me instead of a funny and enjoyable experience.
