Moira gets an INSANE mini rework and a new ability! Moira can now fade ALL allies within 6m's when she exits Fade! This means Moira can prevent damage and counter all kinda of ultimates and abilities with Fade, this is actually an insane change!!! Moira's damage orb see's huge changes. It now does 150 dps between 0-1m's away from targets - this means if you fire the orb directly at enemy players they will take loads of damage, however there is a trade off! This reworked moira damage orb does much less damage to targets between 1-3m's - so stray orbs should kill less players now, good change! Moira's biotic grasp (the damage attack) is now more difficult to attach to enemies, making it harder to damage.
These changes are all an attempt to make moira much more skill based.
Genji get's his damage nerfed. This is an attempt to dial down the recent damage buff's Genji received. Dragonblade is un-touched however!
