Overwatch 2 Launch DDoS Attack & Prepaid Phone BACKLASH!

Overwatch 2 had a launch day disaster between the massive influx of players logging in at once on top of a coordinated series of DDoS attacks onto Blizzard's Overwatch 2 game servers. Players have experienced disconnects throughout the release and while on Day 2 it appears to be improving intermittent server drops seem to still be occurring. The anti cheater/alt account policy of required SMS protection for every account has caused backlash as a significant minority of players are on PrePaid phone plans and cannot play Overwatch 2 whatsoever. Blizzard spokesperson told Gamespot they will be addressing the issue soon.

My partner's PC isn't loading hair from Overwatch

Is it just me or does OW2 feel weird? from Overwatch

It's truly disappointing knowing that Overwatch 2 completely replaced Overwatch 1 entirely. The hit registration feels so awful that I can't even force myself to play the game. Aiming feels SO awful. It's actually upsetting & I hope the game doesn't remain this way long term.
