Still wating for them to fix the account merge queue bug... I've sat through it too many times to count just to be sent to the back of the queue again.. and you can't send them a ticket.. Since it's a know problem

After the live maintenance last night almost every game i was in had multiple people with their heroes locked, even my husband who I was playing with. Somehow mine were fine, but he hadn't had the problem for a few days and then they did some work last night and they stayed locked no matter how many times he tried to relog. The only real difference between our accounts is he had a console account he merged to his pc one (he had the most play time on his pc account) while I've only ever played on pc.

And as an overall thought on the game now is...I get bored a lot faster and I don't enjoy push maps, especially toronto bc I get it more than any other map and it's too damn bright so it's hard for me to see even if I adjust my settings.

This game is DOA. Over half of the character roster are utterly unplayable griefer picks.

They didn't turn off Bastion straightaway because it was the weekend and they don't appear to have a way to turn off heroes without taking the game down for maintenance. It should have been a two person job - someone who is monitoring forums/social media (including weekends) and that person contacts the dev team's on call who flips a backend switch that locks those heroes for future games. Instead it probably took a small (or large) team of people to get this done, which is the wrong approach. I work for a big tech company and have been in the game industry for over a decade, Team 4 can do a lot better than this - there should be mechanisms to detect things like this ("omg, Bastion's ult damage is spiking beyond what's possible! I just got an alarm about it in the metrics!") and to deal with them quickly and easily.

it is a shakey start for OW2 but im proud of the team getting on the problems and doing something within days instead of months.
see a problem, let them know so they get the info and can do somethin about it cause what if they don't know? ontop of all the other stuff they're trying to get done, things slip by.

As someone who had started playing Torb often *just* before all this, I didn't have any clue he was broken at all, I was just having fun with him. If they fixed the bug with his overload though, why is he still locked for ranked? (For me anyway)

Had this happen to me on pc last night. Hero select looked fine in menu but in game I could pick 3 dps and could not join voice chat either.

i Think the overall expieriance is worse. Even if the in game playing may be better or the same just diffrent. I also see me falling off if Blizz does not give anyway to collect stuff outside of the battle pass even when it is just old stuff... Collecting is a big motivator for me.
