Being stuck can feel horrible, but there are choices you can make in your hero selection that will make the job of rising up the ranks in Overwatch competitive that much easier. A lot of the heroes on this list are very good at the solo queue random element of the game and can go off and get their value irrespective of what your team are or aren't doing.
