The new balance patch buffing reaper, nerfing armor brigitte rally and dva defense matrix it looks like the most influential change of all is the limitations now put on D.Va. GOATs is still viable for the most coordinated and skill tank players, however without that perfect play, the gaps in dva's anti damage coverage really starts to show, allowing big ultimates and big cooldowns to finally get through to make an impact. In today's video FREEDO and Samito hop in call to discuss the biggest winners and losers of this patch. Not stated, is that despite Dva being weaker, she's still the best off tank option a lot of the time, she just holds far less carry potential from her position, allowing for a lot of heroes to see bigger value this patch.
