The storm approacheth.
Phantom is probably my most-played successor/scion class - partially for Bo/Ph reasons, but also because Ph Rifle is a joy to play - so I had a lot of fun making this one. This one's also the least-quick quick guide thus far, since all the Phantom weapons have 8 PAs (!) to break down, each with their own strengths.
Also a reminder to save any 8-slot Basilis weapons you come across!
