I agree it's sad we have lost rappy burst and this game is slowly dying and most of us are waiting for the Dec content in hopes it revives, but a bunch of us have so many good ideas to help improve this game but where do we offer them so that sega listens? Maybe there is a chance that someone working there cares about the fanbase and not just the money...

I've been on a break ever since braver came out, I haven't logged in since. ngs is a relatively new game so why would I bother playing and complaining about lack of content, it's not gonna magically spawn content into existence so I only return when there's content.
I had the same experience with monster hunter world & iceborne, content isn't something pushed 24/7, I've taken plenty of breaks between its free dlc updates yet I have 1k+ hours across 2 platforms.
I advice anyone that can't stand the lack of content to just wait it out and go play other games, there's plenty out there and just come back whenever they drop more content OR just take a long enough break so you come back to a good amount of content

EDIT: and for new ngs players they can always give pso2 classic a try, worst case scenario if you don't enjoy it, you'll be able to grab some free cosmetic stuff from there to ngs

This is why I feel both sega **and** the community needs to change. Yeah SEGA 's causing problems but I feel that this whole tough love spiel from the community would just be as problematic as it is. You can be critical without being vicious and frankly some positives wouldnt hurt in your feedback.
