I'd be a bit more forgiving about this "support" scratch if you could obtain these addi capsules in game through hard work. The fact we have augment exchange with minimal reasons to use it and the team is just adding these overpowered caps to a support scratch rather than, you know adding reasons to use all these augment features... it's just boggling my mind. (And you know the fact that P2W was never a thing until now really)

  I do agree here, if they could be earned in game, I wouldn't make such a big deal out of it. I would still hate it, don't get me wrong but it wouldn't be THIS bad, at least it would be earnable and I cannot fault that, as much as I make it a point in the video... I wouldn't care as much

I'd like to comment on the Cash shop stuff as someone who does buy a lot of it.

Currently premium isn't value for money. If shop pass is 700 ac, 600 ac is equating to Mission pass gold, Premium storage which is negligible (I'll go into that more later), There is no premium space anymore, and litterally the only reason to buy it ends up being the 10% triboost on eating food.

Scratches in general are arguably overpriced to start with, its 3$ per scratch ticket in Kanga coin. 2$ usd per ticket.

Aelio Nadar and Nager packs are disgustingly over priced still.

The new Rappy pack pricing is fine as is the Fiery Dunes packs. - any advantage they give was negged day 2 of retem, as resources spawn daily. minus premium ofc.

Inventory space Is overpriced, and literally the only storage that matters currently. Character storage is useless as drop storage was introduced, (In base game, items flooded your storage if your inventory was full) - Extended storages are pointless in the current state of the game.

As for the support scratch, they are problematic for other reasons, Gate keeping and just the fact it wouldn't be hard for a large whale to really dominate the market if they wanted too. I don't think them going past this in terms of player power is very realistic, this isn't much different from previous support scratches in base game. BUT it doesn't mean that its okay, especially in the state of the game right now.

Sorry for wall of Text, I intend to make an overall issues with the game video and really break these issues down as well. My position on this is a bit more neutral due to the fact they are at least obtainable by F2p players also the fact that the high prices are also a product of the game not having a player base right now.

  Maybe this was okay with JP audience but I really don't we should think it was okay just because they did it on Classic, I honestly think we should make a stand for it because why even have this? Its going to make people quit, its just generally not healthy for the game. It feels like a lot of people are just tone deaf to this or just defending this for no reason, I literally cannot see a reason to defend this scratch and not call it p2w, there is ZERO benefit to defending this practice, only determent
