Just got this earlier today from the new apprentice eq, decided to grind it. When you weapon action the weapon gets a special blue look and loads 6 bullets, after doing 6 attacks the blue look is gone and needs to be reloaded, the dmg is upped for all attacks while the special bullet is loaded.
