Tencent just released their official PUBG Mobile emulator for the PC. This video is a short guide on how to download the PUBG emulator on PC, and understand the controls.
I've also covered the basic settings. This is definitely the fastest android emulator for PUBG Mobile I've used. I've used Nox, Memu and BlueStacks, but they were never this smooth.
The purpose of this video is to show you how to play PUBG Mobile on PC using keyboard and mouse.
