Sanjoy Dutta was leading a team that saved the 10 metre-long python from a forest in Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal, India. He posed for photos before it wrapped around his neck and tried to strangle him. The forest ranger panicked and tried to unravel the reptile before bystanders rushed to help separate the snake.
