Any% speedrun of the Super Famicom version of Shin Megami Tensei. Played using the Nintendo Switch Online Virtual Console. No turbo used.
So I managed to improve my PB already! Since this new time doesn't improve my ranking I won't be submitting it to speedrun.com, but thought I would pop it on here so we know it happened.
I messed up a few menus on this one, but it was balanced out by my insane hospital luck. Since doing this run I have figured out some more consistent movement and mashing techniques. I have also started doing the faster memory walk that features in the current world record (turns out I need to name Ki-chan the heroine " ア" (A-chan), which is actually faster than calling her Ki-chan. Hopefully with these new strats under my belt I can continue to improve my time.
