1st: Every 6 seconds make all enemies that target Israfel will unable to attack for a short time, increase self-ranking by 3 stages (Rank based on star level + Rarity, CBAS rarity count as 1234 stages respectively), upon entering battle, all enemies dealt 8% lower final damage for each stage lower than Israfel.
2nd: Increase final damage by 25%, after 120 seconds use "Doom Trumpet" to attack all enemies, when friendlies die (Not including clones & Summoned units), reduce the count down by 30s.
Thoughts: Maybe they are punishing players who don't max out mecha to max stars now... We'll see how this effect the current meta... Also, is a Ranged mecha??
