Chang Sheng Kai Chassis rough translation by me:
Skill/chassis chance increase by 7%, every 7s increase melee attack final damage value 10 points, max 7 times.
When taken stack to 14% maxium Hp of damage, immediately dash into enemy squad & regen 14% HP, damage taken cannot stack more for 7s after it is used, every battle activate 7 times.
Basically same chassis but now have a HP regen & final damage value increase
Other notable things: 1 New XUlt, also got a 5* fist melee, and most likely more!
