New Mecha Abel Chassis Translation by me:
Increase Movement speed by 50%, every 2 seconds evade 1 attack and heal for 4% HP, cannot stack with other full evasive type skills.
When entering the battlefield, bind HP with the losest HP ally on the field, self and that ally's final defense increases by 24%, when that ally takes fatal damage, use up 50% of current HP and prepare 50% of that ally's HP. (Only once)
Some Unique Ability numbers:
3 counters, 0 Ult, 1 Xult. 1 evasive command, 1 basic attack, 1 defense command, 1 movement.
