Galle stat are well distributed, he is very similar to Ashnard, the only thing he is missing is having his own weapon. He can make good use of courtly candle due to his high defense and resitance. If you prefer using an enemy phase unit he is definitely a good option. Seteth can be obtain as a four star unit while summoning so you might need to consider that Galle has a lot of competion as a lance flier.
