I love Flora, I know you guys love Flora... and someone at IS definitely loves Flora, given the strength of her new refine! The effect may be pretty straightforward, but it's still an absolute mountain of stats, coupled with a nice little bonus in terms of survivability - and all that adds up to put Picnic Flora back on top as one of the Best Units Ever. Oh, and Medeus is still here, too! Big fan of that guy.
